Get moving with DePauw Health Medical Director Dr. Harsha through this new program supporting the Exercise is Medicine initiative at DePauw. This is a great opportunity to fit in more steps, while talking with Dr. Harsha about your health and fitness questions. This program is aimed at every fitness level; everyone is welcome! The group meets outside of the Lilly Center or at the Indoor Track and Tennis Facility, weather permitting. There are two walk options: Second Monday of the month beginning at 11:30 a.m. and the Fourth Thursday of the month beginning at 12:30 p.m. The walks last about 30 minutes.

Wellness Walks With Dr. Harsha will use a variety of fitness walks around campus. Here are a few sample routes for our fitness walks:
