IHAP features a team of experienced healthcare professionals that includes a Primary Advocate, Psychosocial Advocate and Medical Advocate. Meet the IHAP Team

Debi Campbell, BSN, RN

Debi serves as the Primary Advocate on the IHAP team. She completed her education at Indiana University School of Nursing. Debi is a registered nurse and member of the wellness team at Hendricks Regional Health. She has 40 years of experience in nursing, and is a certified health and wellness coach. Debi’s role includes gathering all relevant records, researches and provides needed community resources, and acts as a liaison between all members of the healthcare team.

 

Kevin Hartzell, M.D.

Hartzell_K_0022Dr. Hartzell serves as the Medical Advocate on the IHAP team. He attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine, and completed his residency training at St.Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Hartzell is board-certified in family medicine, and is a member of the hospitalist (inpatient care) team at Hendricks Regional Health. Dr. Hartzell’s role includes conducting medical assessments, ensuring preventive healthcare is up-to-date, and helping to integrate the team of primary care physicians and medical specialists for the good of the participant.

Dr. Farman serves as the Psychosocial Advocate on the IHAP team. She earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University, and completed a clinical internship at the joint site of Butler University Counseling and Consultation Services and BehaviorCorp. Dr. Farman received her Doctorate Degree from Texas Woman’s University.
Her role includes recommending and coordinating all clinical paths for integrated social and mental health care, while providing coping strategies such as stress management education.
