MediKeeper Health Portal

The MediKeeper Health Portal offers personalized tools and resources to help you make the choices each and every day that are best for your well-being. The purpose of the tool is to identify specific health risks and provide insights and information into how users can make healthy lifestyle changes. The portal is a free resource available to students and members of the DePauw University Health Plan. Together, we can build a healthier DePauw community.

Registering at DePauw.MediKeeper.com is a required step to access online scheduling for the Wellness Center. To set up your MediKeeper profile, you will need to provide some basic information such as your birthdate and zip code. Your username will be your email address, and you can choose whatever password you would like.

Next, you will be prompted to fill out an online health risk assessment. This important wellness tool identifies your personal health risk factors to help you and the Wellness Center team develop a preventative health plan that is right for you. Plan to allow 10-15 minutes to complete the form.

Helpful hint: Before you begin the registration process, be sure to have your biometric information available (such as your most recent blood pressure reading).

Once you have completed the health risk assessment, you can access the scheduler area to make an appointment with the Wellness Center physician, as well as personal sessions with a certified wellness coach. The portal also includes mobile-friendly health trackers and wellness tips. MediKeeper can integrate with RunKeeper as well as a Fitbit®, allowing you to track your health progress in one convenient place.

Important Information for DePauw Employees:
The MediKeeper Health Portal is available to all DePauw University employees participating in the university’s health plan. Once the employee has registered on MediKeeper, they will then be able to schedule Wellness Center appointments for themselves and their dependents (spouse and/or dependent children). There is only one MediKeeper log-in per family/employee. The account must be set up with the employee’s information and DePauw ID number.

There is a step in the scheduling process to specify which family member needs to be seen in the Wellness Center.
