Most health services provided in the Wellness Center have no out-of-pocket costs to students as part of the university’s annual health fee. Specialty health care is available through local and regional-based medical and surgical specialists at Hendricks Regional Health and Putnam County Hospital. The Wellness Center utilizes electronic medical records to enable better coordination of care, faster test results, and more streamlined physician ordering. Information will be securely accessible by healthcare providers. A patient portal will foster greater communication among students and Wellness Center healthcare providers.
